E-MENTORING PREPARATION OF BEGINNING BUSINESS EDUCATION TEACHERS IN NIGERIAN UNIVERSITIES

Abstract


The paper looked at e-mentoring preparation of beginning business education teachers in Nigeria Universities. The paper captured different perceptions of e-mentoring. It looked at Business Education and Business Education teachers; preparing beginning Business Education teachers in the world; need for e-mentoring of beginning Business Education teachers; areas to prepare beginning Business Education teachers such as teaching methods, instructional materials and lesson plan. The paper also looked at tools used in e-mentoring, benefits of e-mentoring, limitations and suggestions.
